But we did find a statistically improved pain intensity and pain interference, which was a secondary outcome.

Um, and again, you know, as I said, the difference between cancer and heart failure and the difference between north and south.
Um we learned plenty of lessons with the pilot, but here, you know, one of the big issues we had was um
tracking people down by phone.
Over time, you know, people don't answer their phones anymore.
Um and I think.
felt victim to fell victim to telemarketers, honestly, because you know, we would work really hard with patients and say, you know, we're gonna be calling you from this particular number, you know, from this particular area code and this is the time and so on and so forth.
And there was um a fair number of people that we it took a lot longer to get them.
And secondly, that in-person consult, you know, you figure, well, you know, cancer pay people with cancer are coming regularly to clinic because they're getting treatment.
Not so much with heart failure.
People lived, you know, far away.
And getting them to come for that one face to face appointment was really, really difficult.
