Once you have a sense of your play personality as a kid, you can start to think of ways you might like to play now.
For my artist-creator side, I put together a gallery wall of art behind my couch.
For the storyteller, I watch shows with storylines filled with love and betrayal, like Grey's Anatomy.
Another way to find out what kind of play is for you is to listen to the whispers.
