Yeah, so the prosecutors alleged that he ordered a shovel from Home Depot, which actually was delivered to his house by Postmates.
And then he also ordered two chainsaws from Amazon.
He also ordered a body bag, heavy-duty laundry bags, and a blue inflatable pool, all from Amazon.
Yeah.
And then on July 7th, that was like two months before the murder, he allegedly ordered a burn cage from Amazon.
So that really just goes to show what kind of evidence the prosecution is going to show during this trial if it does get to that point.

So for a prelim, the prosecution does not have to prove that the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
They just actually have to prove that there's probable cause to show that there's enough evidence to create a strong suspicion that the crime was actually committed and that the defendant actually committed it.
So there is a lower bar there.
They don't have to actually put on all the evidence yet.
It's just a baseline of what they do have that would show that the suspect defendant rather committed these crimes.
So, again, they only have to prove probable cause to show that there's enough evidence to move on to the actual trial.
Yeah, the defense can actually put on a case during the prelim hearing, although it's very rare that they do so.
I can't recall a time when a defendant has actually testified on his or her behalf during a prelim.
Most attorneys I know are
would say it's better to keep them quiet at that stage because, again, the burden of proof lies with the people.
So they have to prove their case.
