Chronic health conditions, inflammation, dissatisfaction, just disconnection, just people not feeling themselves anymore.
Yeah.
They realize they've spread themselves so thin for everybody else.
There's, they're not really sure what's, what they're about.
And, um, sometimes something happens.
There's a.
a breakup or a transition or a life thing or an injury to health or like a loss of a job and all of a sudden people come into contact with something that they've not been conscious of or they've been avoiding or they've known for some time but it hasn't been right to come to.
And so that's the stuff I really like to do when someone's like, right, I'm here to do this thing because now's the time.
Yeah.
Yeah, and maybe resentful and maybe bitter and, you know, there's lots of different things people carry.
Yeah, I mean, I'd like to say a little bit about it.
I mean, I'm pro what works.
And what works for people is just a huge variety of different things.
And so one of the downsides, though, is that with antidepressant medications, and there's a great podcast called Back from the Abyss with Dr. Craig Heacock.
He's a psychiatrist from America.
But he talks about what we normally call the antidepressants, which are the SSRI antidepressants.

They're particularly good for depression that's caused by negative rheumatic thinking, sort of neurotic tendencies, but they're not actually good for other types of depressions.
