In Switzerland, actually, they've got a special access scheme where they can apply to do that on a case-by-case basis.
And so they do do a little bit of that, but they're fairly kind of quiet about it and small scale.
In America, it's not legal at all.
And their equivalent of the TGA, they call the Food and Drug Administration, the FDA, has rejected the application to bring that into legal treatment thus far.
They're asking for another clinical trial, perhaps.
So they're in the late stages of seeing if they can make it an approved treatment.
So it might be a few more years away in America.
With using mushrooms or psilocybin, there are a few states in America that have legalized that for use in registered clinics.
So Oregon is a state that's done that.
Colorado is a state that's done that.
And in some other states, they've decriminalized the recreational use.
But there is no nationwide treatment.
for any of these substances.
And in fact, under federal law in America, you know, these substances are still illegal.
State laws are different.
And so they've got a funny system in America where sometimes the state laws are different than the federal laws and they can kind of create a situation where they can provide a treatment that's not actually legal federally.
So it's all a little bit of a mess in America at the moment.
So they're still working it out.
