For me, that gives me a lot of benefit and helps me in my nervous system regulation.
And I kind of need intensity of that level for my nervous system to be able to then reset and relax and enjoy life.
So I need the intensity first to get the relaxation second.
So there's something I've learned about myself and the way I'm built.
Everyone's different.
So I encourage people to find what works for them.
You know, time in nature is really important.
Music's really important.
We could go on a lot of different things, but...
Yeah, life as therapy, I think, is something that I think I also respect.
So I'm kind of like, sometimes therapy is not the right medicine for the job.
And sometimes getting the help of a therapist that you do a bunch of work around some stuff that's coming up, you find your feet again in some way and then get back into it.
And then maybe you come back and do some therapy later or something like that.
So I think seeing it in batches, that's the way I encourage my clients to think about it.

Well,
I see an osteo who has a particular approach, very nervous system orientated approach.
And for me, it's nonverbal.
One of my batches of therapy has been with her.
And so that was, you know, really, really helpful for me.
