What I'm grappling with...

is how when we come up with ideas as commissioners, we present it to our colleagues.

If you want it, you want it.

If you don't want it, you don't want it.

I mean, it's not a bad idea.

I would support it.

I may not utilize the program, but it's up to you to use it.

But we're spending a lot of time on something that a commissioner thinks they want.

And I just can't.

You know, get passes.

I've seen it time and time again.

But, man, we just did something in your district with the cameras.

I did it on principle and process.

But the mayor said, it's your district.

You speak and you say, that's what I want.

And we all agreed.

And that was $189,000.

These are our own discretionary dollars that even when I say I want to give it to Bethune-Cookman University, one of you could say, I don't want to do that.

And that's what I'm having a hard time dealing with.
