From the county's perspective, as we're approving at the land use level, we are looking at the legal and regulatory restrictions and rules that we have to follow at

that level.

The issues that they are raising, and again, Ms.

Gorgia has more details, are relating to restrictions on the property that are between private property owners.

And so when you do a land use plan change, these types of changes, we don't consider that.

That's for the other private owner in order for them to enforce their restriction.

So our role through the process is to look at the regulatory framework and approve based on the standards that we have laid out on a general perspective.
