And I try to follow the lead of the district commission as well.

And the reason I voted against it last time is because I didn't see a pathway to how the county would be able to respond to the RFP.

I had always thought, when we went to do this with AGR, that the county would actually be doing this.

I actually did think

And the benefit of that is whatever the cost of doing business is, that's the cost that would be passed on to the... And it would definitely be a cheaper cost.

However, if we're going to have a subcontractor doing this, then we have to figure out how that subcontractor can or would be able to respond to the RFP.

That's a given.

Because there's not really much other land.

So the question is, how does the county be able to respond to that RFP coming up?

I think that if Filthy Organics had an anchor in there already, they could team up, as groups do, to respond to a larger RFP.

Like what's being asked by this other group?

Yeah, because whoever responds, it's going to require... Big dog and everybody.

Yeah, it's going to require millions of dollars of equipment, and big equipment.
