A product in one country first, like Singapore, that product might, because of all the links that are going out for PR linking back to that product, that product in that country might outrank the local page that's been launched a few weeks later in in North America.
So I don't know how much of a thing this is now.
I don't hear about this problem anymore, but I think it could still be a problem for some in some cases.
It's just where you end up with the wrong site ranking.
But you could there's ways of ranking.
that with geotargeting if people landed your page.
Just making sure that you the little pop up says it looks like you're not from you're visiting a page from outside your country.
Like do you want to stay here or do you want to move on?
Like um you know, there are ways of working around this.
Of course, you know, having XML site maps that are properly created for each site, you know, things like that.
There's all sorts of stuff you can do.
But um mistakes are always made as you're mentioning either by the search engines or by the users, the people, the webmasters submitting this stuff.
So uh just trying to minimize those errors and trying to minimize those conflicting signals.
