You could have played it more subtle.
Similarly, the defense didn't have to.
Crucify every single witness and claim that everybody did something wrong, and even the police at the eleventh hour he threw under the bus.
He didn't need to do that.
It wasn't
And even the treating psychologist, and even that one who's right out of school, oh my goodness, you could have gotten from these witnesses what you want without having to crucify them.
And that could actually backfire.
I guarantee you, some of these jurors did not dig his chili.
That some of the things that he did, they probably found offensive and maybe not intellectually honest.
And I think that there's a way that he could have been truer to.
being a bully in some respects and or delivering a closing argument.
Now that doesn't take away from the passion that I liked from him and I like that he didn't just, you know, uh lay down.
I there's a lot of things I like about Reddington.
I think he's great.
His closing arguments went on way too long and he could have gotten from these witnesses what he wanted.
But most importantly, the final words that came from his lips when the judge asked him how much time does he need?
He goes, Um, thirty minutes, you know.
And I went, What?
He's asking for thirty minutes?
