It took four years almost for us to find out what position he was in when he was found.

I mean, why have we not been getting any information that would normally be readily available?

Especially to me, I'm the next of kin.

I'm his only living close relative.

I should have access to this.

I can't get the medical reports.

But let me go back to the video footage of...

what I was asking for.

Initially, when I asked for that tape to see, you know, how they took his body off the tier, initially I was told that

I couldn't get it because it was still part of an active investigation.

And I understand that.

But after the investigation was over, I asked for it again.

And I was very specific.

I said to videotape that Bill Barr referred to, showing the door going in or out of the tier.

And now I was told that the only working cameras don't show that area.

So first I couldn't get it, and now the cameras don't show that area.

And now the other day they released footage of what they're saying is footage from that area.

So it's just another one of the ridiculous situations that I've been facing of not getting information or getting misled.

And they don't talk about this.
