Um I'm I'm not sure I can I can beat lipstick on a pig, but I'll I'll do my best.

Well, you know, they should care because I I'm assuming most of your audience are employers.
And all of the things that you just mentioned, uh tattoos, Facebook and and other social media
They relate to a new type of employee, which in the article I wrote I uh somewhat facetiously referred to as the employee with the dragon tattoo, uh borrowing with apologies from the title of the best selling novel.
Uh
I've been practicing employment law for for a good number of years now.
And it occurred to me recently while I was doing a presentation for some HR folks
That most of the federal employment law in place
Sort of assumes
an employee who fits the classic baby boomer
profile, working nine to five, usually for the same company over the long haul.
And and with younger employees, sometimes it's not as need a fit.
And what's happening is these baby boomer employees are leaving the workplace
And the so called generation X employees are they're entering their fifties around now, including myself.
And uh that's why employers have to be ready to address issues of Generation Y and Generation Z employees and and hence the end of the alphabet employees.
Well, I'll I'll give you a real lawyer's answer to that.
Most of the time, absolutely.
Uh but sometimes no.
