The country is home to big operations by several U.S.
multinational companies, including Apple and Microsoft, and they are bringing in revenue that's added up to some hefty budget surpluses.
But Ireland's also set to spend money faster than any other country in Europe.

She joins me now to talk about why some are warning that the country may want to pump the brakes a bit.
