Yeah, it's a good point.
I wrote an article a few years back around this this concept of the chief growth officer and that was part of the the reasoning behind having a growth
function and then similarly bringing together all of the the people who make up the growth engine from our portfolio, hence the recent growth summits.
That concept of viewing the business like a single chief growth officer I think is playing to your part, right?
