Now, all that having been said, that's not the... To me, as somebody who's done a couple of dozen of these things, that's not the operative issue.

The operative issue is sitting down and discussing it, having an analysis.

There is nothing wrong...

with the state after doing a comprehensive analysis and looking at, OK, this is the money that's going to be created.

These are the jobs that are going to be created.

These are the tax revenues that are going to be created.

We can't do this and this, but we can do we can't do X, Y and Z, but we can do A, B and C.

If the statement that I just read to you is accurate, that they're saying we won't talk to you, we won't make it a priority in 2026, an entire year...

There's something else going on.

Now, I've said that those are the three ways that I've seen these kinds of deals fall apart.

One is animus.

I've not seen any, and I gave you an example of the animus.

Another is when a team sees greener pastures, team owner sees greener pastures elsewhere.

I don't see that here either.

This is the third.
