But it's a player's league.
Everybody love money.
But bad news.
So it's not a full-time injury?
I mean, I think it's a loss in the sense of when you get into October playoff baseball, you need some stud arms when you look at the teams that can make those really deep runs.
A lot of times it starts with pitching.
You look at what happened with the Dodgers.
They got their pitchers healthy for the postseason.
And for the Cubs last year, not having Steele, not having Cade, losing him right before the postseason, you could see how that impacted them.
what they were able to do.
So I think big picture-wise, it's a huge loss because, obviously, Cade's upside arguably might have been, other than Edward Cabrera, depending on how this year plays out, was among the best on the rotation.
And so, obviously, a huge blow.
If you look at a similar timeline as what Justin Steele has gone through, probably not seeing...
Cade until late May, early June next year, depending on the extent of the surgery when they go in.
So, I mean, they have obviously enough starters right now to fill the innings.
You know, Colin Ray is getting the start tonight in Tampa, which is where Cade would have slotted in.
Javier Assad stepped up for Matthew Boyd yesterday.
So they have starting pitching depth, but you're obviously having a drop-off in terms of just
the sheer stuff.
And so obviously, you know, that's, that's really hard to replace, especially this early in the season.
