No, I think the um the comparison of the groove tires is a good one.
You know, the car's just not quite keyed into the surface in the same way.
Um it's it's moving around a little bit.
Some drivers can relax immediately into that because it's just doesn't really affect how they're feeling the car, but the others that feel the car in a different way, perhaps take a reading of the initial grip from an
to stand on the brake pedal and then take it from there and sort of y extrapolate that to what the the expected grip is gonna be from in in the in the corner.
Yeah, maybe you're gonna have to recalibrate yourself a little bit and that's all just muscle memory.
It's not something you can really uh hurry up if if it's not working for you, but it's just familiarization and yeah, I think that's what you're seeing as as this generation of car has uh hit the track, um very, very different aerodynamically to what uh the the previous few years were.
Uh yeah, you've seen variations in
how um how fast each driver has hit the ground running, how fast or slow.
But it's not, you know, the the the the differences are small.
That it it's just the perception is exaggerated because the differences are small.
Everybody's at a very high level and you tweak one little variable and one's unaffected and the other one drops down.
But it
it's you know they're still they're they're all still at a s similar level the way they were before, just the last little bit they're gonna have to try and regain with familiarisation and some don't have to go through that process.
