There's been such a turnover.
He's the most recent.
team principal, Christian Horner, whose β his style was very much old school.
He would go in there and represent his team in arguments with the FIA or with other β with rival team bosses.
And I think that his disappearance from the scene, which probably temporary I believe, I think has lent it a less edgy β
But I think, you know, it's still there.
It is still the team principal's job to represent the team's best interests.
And sometimes that will come down to arguing your case if you feel you're being disadvantaged.
And so, yeah, I think that's still an important quality to have that political astuteness and that willingness to fight your cause.
I think you also got to consider that not every β because every team is structured differently.
And to an extent, you're structuring the team around the individual talents that you have.
And not every team principal is required in that role.
For example, Andrea Stella at McLaren, he's not required in that role.
That's looked after by Zac Brown.
So he's more of a managing team principal rather than the traditional one.
He's the heaviest weight of the heavyweights, I would say.
