Now that we have adopted, you have adopted the fiscal year 2027 operating budget, it's now time to shift our attention back
to our capital improvement plan.
You'll recall that this board accepted my recommendation to press pause on our CIP to allow staff some time to reassess the projects that we currently have from a needs assessment as well as from an affordability perspective.
Our community resource centers is a major part of this reassessment and today you will receive as information
an update on the community resource centers, the strategy, including future CRC locations and our public health department clinics.
As our chairman has stressed, you are not being asked to make any decisions today.
