This just shows everything Steve summarized broken down into advantages, disadvantages.
Option one, it does achieve significant CIP savings from the baseline and from the current CIP, but it does not fully address service access challenges and needs in the east, the further east, or the southwest parts of the county.
Option two creates access on the east side that includes a county-owned pediatric dental clinic and modernized TB and refugee health clinics, which are absolutely needed.
But option two does leave the southwest area of the county unaddressed where a higher number of customers reside.

Option three with the East CRC and Southwest micro CRC that has a full public health clinic creates CRC and public health access more evenly distributed across the community.
And it still does reduce our CIP costs by $111 million.
I want to note that the advantages in option two are also part of option three since they're kind of interconnected.
So it kind of option three does build off of option two.
