So I would want us to really look at what are we trying to do to improve the quality of life as the chair says each meeting, live, work, earn, play, recreate.

How do we do that for the most folk?

And we certainly can't afford to be all things to all people.

Just put those hard choices in front of us and see where we go.

And I don't have to always win, but let me win some.

So I've got a couple really quick hitters, because I want to give my comments, but I just have a couple of questions.

How much was the land, what was the cost of the land for the ECRC?

Does anybody know?

And if we don't, just send it to me later.

Because I think, would it be fair to say that the design cost is not 50% of the $10.1 million that we've got in there?

The design cost is the majority of it.
