With our current CRCs,

at what point do we go in and have to invest in, uh, upgrades and up fits at what's the, what's the year benchmark.

So Valerie VCW came online in 2018, how much life is in there before we have to go in before we've anticipated going in to do up fits upgrades or, you know,

Not even life expectancy, but at certain intervals, don't in our buildings do we project that to say, hey, we know after 20 years you're going to have to do up fits or upgrades to a particular building?

Yeah, a major renovation every 15 to 20 years.

So that's, go ahead, Rob.

And I do want to add one comment.

When you're seeing higher customer volumes, you are going to see more wear and tear on buildings.

So if you see 500 to 600 people per day at a CRC site, that's going to speed up that timeline.

I can't give an exact number on when, but you just see more damage to buildings with that volume of customers coming through the door every day.

So another point to consider as well if you

with just two sites existing without distributing the volume.

So, I mean, my only point is that when we talk about investment, one of the costs that are not necessarily factored in is what's going to be coming up in 15 to 20 years, even absent the traffic that you're talking about, but that's other additional costs that...
