And it may go absolutely nowhere.

And so for all of us as board members, we should never be contained to the nine dots.

We should always go outside.

And I will respect wherever anyone else is coming from.

But I'm the representative for District 4.

And so I know what residents in District 4 would prefer as we are thinking about our future.

And so I'm forced to think outside the box.

And so all I'm saying is for all of us, and when we have, well, for all of us, this is a framework.

And you're right, we have to understand the delivery.

But the data that I see, I look at it differently.

I see the centers are being utilized to the extent they need to be utilized.

That's what I want.

I don't want to keep seeing that it goes super low, we've invested $200 million and people kind of sitting around and trying to figure it out.

And with that, the one thing that I didn't mention, Mr. Manager,

Was and I want to be clear about this.

I want our staff taking care of right?

I want them in facilities that are fantastic and there's nothing that precludes us from leasing a space.

Upfitting it and making it with as many amenities as our staff deserve.

So when you look at those lease options, I would want to invest all the money that we're saving.
