I would want to invest in whatever we have to do.

in those facilities to allow for a great environment because of the the the difference in in cost i think we could still do that and make it really really nice facilities for our staff but i can i can go with a lease proposal because i don't believe

in 40 30 40 years i don't believe that this is going to be the delivery model i think we're going to be in a place in society where there's a completely different delivery model that you won't need these big monstrosities so i'm banking on that fact

but I hear you commissioner, I respect where you're coming from and you're right, we need to understand what the need is.

But I feel like the facilities right now are certainly utilized to its fullest capacity.

And the last comment that I will make, I wanna get people off of social services.

I want that number to go down.

Like I want us, if we're gonna come up with a plan, I want the plan to see how are we gonna move people off of social services?

And I believe with an economic mobility hub

and we're training people for jobs, we can take those same people that are coming to that same center, get them double their income, triple their income, and get them off of the rolls.
