Like, for example, all the rentals have been taken.
So there's like at the moment, like, less than ten rentals on the market in the Mangwhai heads area.
Wow.
They've all been taken up.
And I don't see too much property probably moving over the next couple of months, but we'll look probably into February, March, April.
We'll see people come back from the holiday period and go, hey, we want to buy some property up there.
Yeah, so Christmas, you know, people go, where are you going for Christmas?
I go, I live in paradise.
Why would I want to go anywhere else?
I have a three acre block in Manawhai, I feel very privileged to have a piece of land in paradise, but just on my doorstep we have like a huge development that just sold a piece of farm, sold for like seven or eight million dollars, and there's like 600 house sites just coming on right on our doorstep.

But in January, we will be going to the South Island.
I'll be coming to visit Stuart's area.
yeah i called mangafai nusa it's like there we go oh you know that's a perfect description for a strip of waves and that little beachy feel yeah um so i would have to i have actually got an interest in a property in wanaka so so we already have money invested in that area so i'll go about
