It's arbitrary and capricious.

Sometimes they pick the biggest name.

Sometimes they don't.

Sometimes they pick the oldest group.

Sometimes they don't.

And whenever they make a choice, they use that as the excuse.

Now, you know what they've been doing lately?

They've been, because we've been, the black people really didn't give a fuck about the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Up until the last probably five years or so, six years or so.
