And I think there's several franchise organizations that have had Walter.
And

He will motivate your folks.
But he talked about the communication versus connection.
And until he talked about that, I never thought about it.
Because we'd always just say, are you communicating what's going on with them?
Or we've got real poor communication skills.
And then it dawned on me.
I can say all that I want and tell franchisees all that I want, but if I don't connect with them on a personal level, and if we as Glass Doctor don't connect very well with our franchisees on a personal level, how do we get to where we need to be together?
Because it is interpersonal relationships.
On my business card, and I stole this idea, so it's not my brilliant idea, unfortunately.
On my business card is my home phone number.
And my cell phone number.
On every email I send is my home phone number.
And I've never seen anybody else do that.
Now, I will say to those listening, I get very few calls, hardly ever, but I want our franchisees to understand that they can't say to me, I couldn't get a hold of you.
