So, yeah, it's absolutely its connection.

You have to connect with them.

The first time I was a franchise consultant myself was with Valpak in 2002 and I had all of Canada.

I had 23 franchisees.

I'd never been in that role before.

I was in franchise development before.

I remember going up there and for some reason the franchisees or the Valpak franchisees in Canada

I thought that that job was taking them out to dinner.

And that was about it.

I think it has to

at the top of the organization in what their role really is.

And then having an idea, and one of the things that helped me a lot was I remember sitting down with a franchisee in Oshawa, Canada, just outside of Toronto.

And his name was Trevor.

I said, Trevor, what do you think, first of all, what do you think the franchisor's job is?

And then secondly, what do you think my job is as your franchise consultant or whatever we call the title at Valpac?
