And they said, sure.
About a week later, I had a list of 24 different things.
So first, that told me that if you're in the Northeast...
What you're learning is different than the Southwest, than if you're in Waco, than if you're somewhere else.
So we did not have a consistent message.
based on how that franchise consultant felt were the best things to do.
Now, keep in mind, there's still 114 things.
So then I created what was called a dream team.
A dream team was not an elected team.
It was a group of franchisees, about 23.
Again, I picked the name dream team because it brought me back to the 1984 Olympics.
I thought that was a cool name and a cool team.
And these were franchisees who had been with us at least five years, and I saw that they were going to be around another five years.
And Joe Bordeaux over at Valpac, I stole this idea from him, or at least parts of the idea.
What I did then is I took the list of 24 things that we had, took off the point value, and the value we gave them was if they were the first place thing, they got 10 points, second place, 9, number 3, 8, all the way down to them.
The 10th most important thing, they got one point.
So that's how we get the point value.
I took away all the point values that we had at corporate off these 24 items, and I alphabetized them.
And then I sent them out to these 23 franchisees, my dream team, and I said, all right, in order, and I don't care if you use this list or not, here's some things you might use.
It could be anything in the world.
