And number two is like knowing your numbers.
You know, this goes back to what you talked about.
But number one for us is phone handling.
So I'll tell them, if you want to be great, if you want to make a lot of money in this business, be good on the phone.
You're paying for leads to come in.
If you don't handle the phone right, guess what?
You're blowing all that money.
And so we've got 14 things we focus on.
So going back to your question, I think now with our franchise consultants, what we're working on now is providing a stoplight system, a red, yellow, and green, and trying to identify all 14 things where that franchisee is
in each one.
So number one, are they red, yellow, or green?
Are they green, they're doing the right thing, yellow?
Yeah, kind of.
Or red, they just aren't doing that.
And if we can do that with our franchisees, then they know exactly where they need to go.
And more importantly, we know exactly how we can work with them to accomplish those things.
And that's the difference maker.
