I think from my standpoint too, Paul, because I was not in the glass business, I don't have any preconceived notions of what's good or what's bad.
And so I really try and listen to the franchisees.
Now, that's not to say I don't make tons of mistakes.

But I'm good at listening of what do you guys think is most important?
Where do you think we need to go?
And not just tell them, here's where we're going, but all right.
For instance, we're working on a project right now.
We brought in six franchisees from around the country last week into Dallas for a one-day meeting.
They've all been around.
They're all successful franchisees.
okay, what do you guys think we should do in this area?
And we brought in our marketing people, some corporate people,
And then we brought in a facilitator from an agency, and we said, all right, where do we go in this direction?
And I'll defer to them almost every time because they've done it.
Some of these guys have done it 25 years.
Well, they know the business.
And when you start to pull a bunch of people together so it's not just one person's idea, especially as an expert, two things happen.
Number one, you learn.
I learned.
