And in doing so, they have a much better idea of where they stand, the franchise consultant, where they stand.

And are they answering the needs or the perceived needs of the franchisee?

And when you do that, Paul, it sure makes things a whole lot easier, again, trying to connect and trying to have your franchise consultant understand what his franchisees are looking for.

I've seen a tremendous increase

in the last couple of years, especially one of my franchise consultants.

He was such a nice guy.

I mean, a wonderful human being, but he couldn't say the tough stuff, and he got better at saying the tough stuff, and this year he ranked the highest of anybody.

So it proves that you can do what's right and help your franchisees, and they really do respect it.

Paul, thanks for the opportunity.

I probably have a lot more fun than anybody else listening to this call.
