When we did reviews of our franchise consultants, and I would urge everybody to do this, I have no idea what they do.
I mean, I do, but I don't.
I know how they are with me.
I know how they are when we're together.
I have no idea how they react to our franchisees.
So once a year, when it's review time, I send an email out, SurveyMonkey, and I have these six questions anybody can steal.
