I want to find out who's the best in every one of these areas.
There's this fallacy, I think, Paul, that one person or one franchisee is going to be the mentor in everything in the world, this and this and this and this and this.
And what I find is just the opposite.
You probably need five or six different fellow franchisee mentors to get you to the promised land of what's the best, because someone's going to be best at phone answering.
Someone will be best on financials.
someone will be best at something else.
As long as you start working as franchisees in your network and as long as a franchisor and a franchise consultant, you start giving your franchisees best practices, identify them, and then let them understand who those people are through regional meetings or regional phone calls and then your national meeting.
I don't think it's that tough.
I really don't.
And do all the little things
You know, make sure the president of the company is calling the franchisees, that small brand.
Let them know that he's there.
Let them know that he cares.
That helps tremendously.
So I don't think you need this million-dollar budget at all.
There's something else that we did a couple years ago.
I'm innovative.
That's my God-given strength.
I mean, to a fault sometimes.
