And I learned this as a franchisee.
I didn't have time for corporate staff to come to my store.
We can accomplish the same on a phone call or especially with live meeting or something.
So I'm looking at them and they're looking at me for a very cheap price.
With my guys, we run pretty lean.
They'll tell you that, my franchise consultants, very lean.
They channel 30, 35 stores and they do most of their work on the phone and live meeting.
I want them to go out and see the franchisee once every two years.
Because I just don't think the franchisee has

They're busy.
They're trying
make money.
They're making money.
So don't think that I've got to be out there with them all the time.
I think you have to listen all the time.
And then you have to start looking at what are the best practices.
Listen to your franchisees.
Find out what the best practices are.
