You have an intention.
You walk in there, you're conscious, you're going to go in.
If you're buying food, for example, you might look at the food table, see what's in it.
You want to compare that to something else.
But the opposite is our experience of technology.
So what I'm saying is there's three levels here.
There's a personal consciousness raising, I think, for all of us to walk in and realize every click, like, share that we execute every day is shaping our environment.
Now, if we went in with more intention and
to try and shape our experience.
We could do that if we start to look for the experiences that reward us.
Give you three practical ways of doing it.
First of all, sit down and say, I'm coming here to do something, planning a holiday, getting a recipe, just finding out about some subject I really want to know more about.
And once you've done it, you go.
You don't let the chatbot turn.
