One over here is the clothes, the shopping malls, and over here is the public space.
So, for example, in Europe, we have a company called Mistral.
And that's got some open models that the European Union are advising companies or governments should build on.
And so that's where it gets exciting when you suddenly start to see countries like Switzerland has just built its own large language model with sustainable energy, its own data, and it's giving it away for free to people to build on.
So this is almost like the rebirth of the web, you know, the rebirth of the open technologies that did excite us.
when they came on.
And I think that's what's so exciting.
There you go.
I mean, again, these models, the large language models, are such a narrow slice of what's possible with AI.
Now, they'll still be very valuable to big businesses, perhaps.
And obviously in the United States, they've got a big market.
But you can see where, with a little bit of acceleration, we don't necessarily need the kind of eye-watering amounts of money being pumped into the big companies to actually have something in Europe that we can start to spark.
So, I mean, we've had good news in Ireland two weeks ago.
We had the Research Ireland have just got 120 million pumped into researchers into AI in Ireland.
That that kind of, like, targeted investment...
in open models and small models that we can get access to, that's where we start to see the imbalance start and to rectify itself.
I wouldn't say it at all.
I mean, I've lost all optimism.
Blind optimism is crazy.
Hope is different.
