It's not an unheavily traveled road, and it's getting busier and busier with Concord coming online.
And so, I think this is just now my, and I've done what Commissioner Monterey has done, which is hold my nose and vote for these things in the past, even though I've decried prison walls for four or five years now.

Marshawn, does this, going through this ZOAM, does this slow down the process to close out the tax district?

But DMOD and FOD, that stuff, but that's not related to eliminating the Route 28 tax district, or is it?
My point was I don't want to do anything that, I want to at least know that when we go into this that we need to be expeditious about it so as not to hold up anything with the Route 20 attached district elimination.

Because I'm gonna go out on a very small limb here to say that I understand the library system better than anybody else in this room.
Why are we limiting it to 45,000 feet?
45,000 square feet?
Okay, because it needs to be larger.
There's a standard on a per square foot per person that libraries are, and that has historically worked out to be about 40,000 square feet, which is why Gum Spring and Brambleton were built to 40,000 square feet.
but it is woefully inadequate for what Loudoun County offers in the nature of libraries today, and they need to be a minimum of 52,000 square feet for a variety of reasons, and this is gonna need to be at least that.
I'm happy to chat with anybody here who wants to understand why.

On Friday the 19th, I met with the applicant teams for the Foxgate mixed-use application, the Village at Clear Springs Land Bay 2C, and the Loudoun School for Advanced Studies.
