The logging road, I know there's several of those types of roads up here.

What is now the former Clemens property to the immediate, I guess,

South.

On the aerial map, you all may have seen it coming out of Tree Crops Lane.

There's a small little clearing that the Clemenses had cleared out so they could access the rest of that 166 acres for their logging purposes.

This logging road, it's not a road, it hasn't been used in a long time, because it also does sort of, it looks like, crosses over into the Clemens property.

yeah i don't know what the usually logging happens on roughly a 40-year schedule right um so i don't know when the last time it was logged but you know it's essentially just the path that they use to skid logs back to the road right and so i don't know where it went even though that even though the dirt really paper road that a logging road is even though it appears that it crosses over the property line it

It's not an open road.

It's just a path that they used.

I've tried.

And that property also extends to the other side of Raven Rock Road where there are paper roads essentially up there that bring you into that property as well.

So as long as we know that the logging road really doesn't encroach on anything because it's not really a –

and I can't imagine that the Duvalls will use it for that purpose any time, any decade soon.
