for this kind of like geostrategic victory, you know, of the century, uh the to date.

So in a traditional um administration, uh the I'm sorry.

In a traditional administration, I would expect the service chiefs, that's the head of the navy, the army, the air force, with their service secretaries, the civilian leadership, to sit down with the the Se Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary, because the Deputy Secretary often runs procurement and maintenance uh and kind of managed.

Modernization management, and that's true in this administration with uh Deputy Secretary Feinberg, to sit down with them and say, Look, here's the impact of this.

Then you go over and you talk to the director of office and management budget and explain what's going on and say, Look, there's little things you can do with some extra money that would mitigate some of this, but some of these things are unavoidable.

Um, you know, if we don't get and this is what happens if we stay on this mission for nine months, which is where

we're closing in right now.
