We have eighteen plus destroyers and two carrier strike groups.

What happened twelve years ago was that we broke our readiness three years later, which is to say, doing all these operations.

puts you an extremist two or three years later.

You can you can still you can do this for twelve or eighteen months.

And then ships will show up six and twelve months later.

But then when those ships that have been cycled through way too hard have to come back two or three years later, they're not ready.

So there was actually a point at tw the beginning of twenty seventeen.

Three years after our previous uh maximum pressure campaign, for the first time in seventy years, we had no aircraft carriers capable of getting underway.

And Air Force fighter squadron readiness had bottomed out into the, you know, somewhere in the mid to high thirty percents instead of the normal sixty percent, seventy percent.

So we crushed our ability to conduct military operations three years later.

Um, I know President Trump's really worried about his today problem.
