Yeah, yeah, they have.

So so it is um it's uh water.

Is underfunded, like most water systems that Americans use are from their state and local utilities.

Those are groups of people who don't have two wood nickels to rub together to like deal with a growing challenge.

So you're under-resourced at the state at the private sector and utility level.

Then the federal government's helper is the Environmental Protection Agency, which has been used.

uniformly awful on a bipartisan basis for twenty-five years and helping the water industry and cybersecurity.

And I've been critical of the last four administrations on this, very consistent, from Obama to Trump to Biden to Trump.

The EPA has been awful.

It worries about all kinds of political issues and not about cybersecurity.

So combining two F grades, you know, I'm a teacher at Georgetown.

If you get an F on both your papers, it's highly likely you're gonna get an F in the class.

And we got an F in the class.

We're unprotected.

The Iranians know it.

They attacked us, by the way, two years ago in Pennsylvania.

Senator uh uh Fetterman really made a big deal about this, and some of the local politicians there in uh congressmen in Pennsylvania did.

The Iranians

attack, they g they just defaced things, you know, electronically.

This last attack, at least thirteen, fourteen states, probably more, lots of utilities.
