If we then actually enforce the sanctions, he'll be in economic duress within a month or two months.

That could end the war.

But that would mean Trump would have to inflict pain on Putin.

And to date, we have not seen the desire to do that.

He's a winner.

And with the waiver, he's not having to get $20 less than Brent C. Right now, he's getting probably close to Brent C prices for his oil.

But this can and will come to an end for Putin.
