You call it a telekinetic ability, I guess you would say they have a some telekinesis and they're able to do things like that.
And the visuals of the lights going out in sequence one by one just struck me as a really cool sort of visual, even though this is an audio medium, as I suppose
spoken about in the strata after darks.
I'm a very visual person.
When I hear audio, I visualize very strongly.
That's when I'm listening to songs or listening to other audio dramas or whatever.
I have a very strong sense of the visuals on a scene.
And I'm always looking to create those cool mental images through my own show.
So
And you'll notice I don't know if you've ever walked under a streetlight when it's clicked on at night or clicked off.
It certainly doesn't sound like this, right?
The the sound of the streetlights is actually, I think it's three or four different sounds that I sort of mangled together and processed and did various audio trickery with.
And it's it's an accentuated thing.
So the listener has an idea that something's happening.
Like an actual streetlight clicking off is very it's almost silent.
It's and you may not even hear it, or you might may hear a bit of buzzing or something.
But I really wanted it to have a bit more emphasis.
Once again, it's just
some theatricality there.
It's just a cool way to kind of represent those street lights just to carry a bit more impact through the sound design.
