So if we remunerate people well, if we look after them, if we improve their T's and C's, more people will join the ambulance service.

We will have more ambulances available.

So by taking this strike action, they are making the job more attractive, I'd suggest.

More people will join the ambulance service and there will be more ambulances and patients.

Yeah, look, I'm a GP.

I don't represent the union or the ambulance service.

But, you know, what you say probably stacks up.

All I want to say is these guys are so highly skilled.

We should value them more and we should really listen to whether we think as a community their demands are reasonable.

And if they're reasonable, we should probably back them.
