And it is famously difficult to get an oil refinery up and running again after it has been hit by a missile or a drone.
So the Ukrainians are good at this.
I always thought that they had this fantastic central banker somehow in Russia who was able to paper over the problems.
But I think she cannot any longer.
And it's now the cracks are showing.
And the Russian economy is in difficulty.
