What I've learned throughout the years is that people are going out of their way to tune into you and they want to leave in a better mood than when they got there.
So like you can know all you want about sports.
You could quote win an argument no one's going to remember.
But what they're going to remember is, did I spend my time in my car in the worst time of the day in traffic and come out of it better because we had fun?
So, like, I think that's sort of something that it took me a little bit to learn, but I think is the most important thing.
It's just, you gotta, you just have to make it fun.
You gotta continue to evolve.
You gotta keep it fresh.
But if it's five minutes, if it's an hour, and people are going out of their way to come to your, quote, store, you know what I mean?
Like, it's just like anybody going to any store, and if they have...
terrible customer service, they're not going to return.
So you got to just make it fun for people.

Fish, he's too, like what he said, like that was one thing as he was talking that I was thinking about is that like, as I've learned to relax too, like he's also opened up way more too, where like nothing really now is,

He is willing to share everything, laugh at yourself.
And like, he's always had that quality self-deprecating, but like, like the embarrassing stuff, transparency is so important.
