We don't see a lot of customers doing it yet, but we think that the advent of the kind of technology like ours, enabling that use case is something that will be really, really attractive for insurers.
I think, Jake, just on that, I guess one thing that an example we've seen, again, I know a lot of your customers are commercial insurers, but on the residential side, one of the things that we've seen over the last couple of years and really interest is around using obviously third party data sources such as ourselves to get information that the customer would not necessarily be asked to declare themselves or that the insurer would know.
So, a good concrete example of that would be on the resi side, a lot of home insurance at the moment is priced off a bedroom count as a proxy for how big the property is.
But actually, that's not necessarily that predictive.
You can get massive properties, as we know, that might only have two or three bedrooms.
I always kind of think about grand designs, these huge, great big places, but might only have a couple of rooms.
So actually, we see something like internal floor area, which is readily available through third-party data sources, but it's not part of the standard question set that's on price comparison websites or in direct-to-insurer quotes.
Interestingly, I'm based in France, where the first thing that they ask is, what's your internal floor area?
Whereas in the UK, we say, how many bedrooms you've got?
So again, providing that additional information behind the scenes that will allow an insurer to understand what
what its non-standard risks are and whether the property is non-standard in some way, shape or form.
I think it's really powerful.
And yeah, to your point earlier, that is using that to inform pricing and pricing more accurately for the risk that's in front of us.
I think it's something that's extremely powerful.
I think I can lead on this one.
And then Simon, to both of you, I think you're probably more in terms of having those kind of conversations directly with the customers.
But I guess our vision for where we are is that particularly in the commercial space and some of the more complex specialty risks, we see a process at the moment where a lot of schedules are coming in.
The effort to actually...
underwrite and price those can be quite significant all the way through data cleansing, data washing, getting things standardized, which I know CyTora and kind of other platforms in your space are actively helping with in terms of potentially leaning on AI as well to cleanse some of those schedules and get them to the point that they can be underwritten.
But then I guess from our side, from a geographic risk side, what we see is we see a lot of insurers are then sending those portfolios off to exposure management to go through full cap modelling.
