Now, absolutely there's place for that.
We definitely see the need for that for large and complex risks.
But we think that there are certain characteristics, certain types of business where actually a potentially large
faster approach using kind of hazard maps as opposed to cap modeling and providing tooling to our customers to be able to run those through instantaneously very very quickly to get a view around both period exposure and potential accumulation or aggregations to be able to quote quicker on those kind of simpler types of risk but obviously still going through full cap modeling once we're postbound and for those larger more complex risks going through that but we think that we definitely see there being as a kind of find a fast path but for certain classes of business
Yeah, so I can pick up having worked previously at Insura where we did build in-house and then obviously established a company where we're obviously offering that as an outsource solution.
I think the competitive differentiator comes in the usage and the deployment of the data.
So in terms of what are the rules that I'm building on top?
How am I configuring it?
Not assembling the data in the first place.
Effectively, what we provide is...
We did an event recently and we had one of our speakers come along as one of our data partners who runs a company in Poland who provides lots of different models, including a really fantastic European wildfire model.
She kind of said on stage, actually, address cloud, do the boring bit.
And I was like, I'll put my hand up, I'll take that.
You know, we do, what we do should be hygiene factor from an insurer perspective.
They shouldn't have to worry about
Updating the data, keeping up to date, dealing with changes in formats, understanding that the huge, obviously with properties, buildings are being created and finaled every day.
New addresses are coming in line.
Things have been rebanded.
It's a huge overhead to be able to keep up with all those changes and be able to go out there and ingest and work with all the best data in the market.
We do that.
